Mimi Colligan AustraliaMimi writes on 19th century popular culture and biography. Part of her Ph.D thesis was published by MUP as Canvas Documentaries in 2002. Mimi is a Fellow of the RHSV, an Honorary Research Associate with the National Centre for Australian Studies at Monash University and a member of the Victorian Working Party of the Australian Dictionary of Biography. She has curated exhibitions including Richmond's Cremorne Gardens and recently curated a RHSV exhibition on Melbourne Theatres in transition 1840-1940 . Her book Circus and Stage, on the lives of Mr and Mrs G.B.W. Lewis, was published last year by Monash University Publishing.

Margaret Leask AustraliaDr Margaret Leask, formerly an arts administrator in London and Sydney, has been an oral historian and performing arts historian since 2004. Her first project included 80 interviews for the 50th anniversary of the National Institute of Dramatic Art. Her book, Lena Ashwell, Actress, Patriot, Pioneer, was published by the University of Hertfordshire Press and Society for Theatre Research in 2012 and shortlisted for the Theatre Book Prize in 2013. She researches and records oral history interviews for the National Film and Sound Archive, Sydney Theatre Company, Sydney Opera House, the National Library of Australia and the State Library of NSW. She has also recorded interviews for the House with No Steps, the Australian Theatre for Young People, and for the Australian Elizabethan Theatre Trust which resulted in the 2021 publication of Warwick Ross: Making Music. She has reviewed Sydney Theatre for Plays International, and has researched and written entries for Australian Dictionary of Biography and obituaries for Sydney Morning Herald and Melbourne Age.
