Sister of Ellen Terry (actress), Marion Terry (actress), Florence Terry (actress), Fred Terry (actor), Charles Terry (stage manager) and George Terry (theatre treasurer). Married Arthur James Lewis (of haberdashery firm Lewis & Allenby). Died 6 January 1924, London, England, aged 79. Mother of four daughters including actress Mabel Terry Lewis.
