Notice is hereby given of the THA Annual General Meeting

Notice is hereby given that the 12th Annual General Meeting of Theatre Heritage Australia Inc. will be held on Saturday 10 April 2021 at the La Mama Courthouse, 349 Drummond Street, Carlton VIC, commencing at 2.30 pm sharp. The AGM will also be streamed via Zoom.

Agenda:
2.30 pm – AGM
2.50 pm – Special Guest speaker – Liz Jones, Artistic Director, LaMama Theatre

This is a free event – all THA members & their guests are welcome.

Please note - RSVP is required by Monday 5 April 2021

Please RSVP by clicking the link below and completing the online form. You can use the form to indicate whether you will be attending IN PERSON, via ZOOM or NOT ATTENDING (ie send apologies). If you are attending VIA ZOOM, the link to the ZOOM meeting will only be sent to those who have RSVPd by the closing date. The ZOOM link will be sent on Tuesday 6 April 2021.

What is ZOOM?

ZOOM is a web-based video conferencing tool that allows users to meet online, with or without video.

How do I join a meeting?

You can join a meeting by clicking the meeting link or going to join.zoom.us and entering in the meeting ID provided by the meeting organiser.

Alternatively, you can join the meeting via audio only by simply dialling in on your phone, using the phone number provided by the meeting organiser.

Do I need an account to use ZOOM?

A ZOOM account is not required if you are simply joining a ZOOM meeting as a participant. However you will need to download the free ZOOM software to join a meeting. A link to the software will be provided in the meeting invitation.

If joining the meeting by phone, you do not need to download the software.

Do I need a webcam to join on ZOOM?

While you are not required to have a webcam to join a ZOOM meeting, you will not be able to transmit video of yourself. You will continue to be able to listen and speak during the meeting, share your screen, and view the webcam video of other participants.
